Becoming an IOSH Chartered member was the proudest achievement of my career as a health and safety practitioner.

Whilst the process was time consuming and a little nerve racking, having to present examples of my work history was a reassuring process as it reminded me how much I have learnt. Conversely, I was able to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement in my skills, knowledge and capabilities.

IOSH provides the industry with a huge resource of materials and leading edge thinking. I challenge myself to visit the IOSH website frequently to enhance my understanding of industry leading initiatives and research.
