Using my expert knowledge and experience of the ISO and AS/NZS standards I am able to advise and guide clients to be audit ready and clearly demonstrate ongoing improvements in systems, processes and the organisational culture.
I audit systems, practices and culture to identify opportunities for improvement then work with client to map strategic improvement. I then operationalize the plan for execution across the organisation.
Sometimes things go wrong – product quality is not quite as it should be or a worker is harmed. If an independent investigator is needed I am a subject matter expert able to help with the causal analysis, root cause identification and development of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
