AUDITING

I audit systems, practices and culture to identify opportunities for improvement then work with client to map strategic improvement. I then operationalize the plan for execution across the organisation.

INCIDENT MANAGEMENT AND INVESTIGATIONS

Sometimes things go wrong – product quality is not quite as it should be or a worker is harmed. If an independent investigator is needed I am a subject matter expert able to help with the causal analysis, root cause identification and development of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

TRAINING & FACILITATING

Client specific workshops and training events are delivered to enhance capability of individuals and teams delivering value adding outcomes. Workers are required to create their own individual improvement plans….. Workshop topics covered include:
